We can only ship within domestic UK mainland borders at this time.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time because these are handcrafted items and made to order.

If there is a problem with the quality of your order however or it has been damaged in transit then please take photos and email them to [email protected], and we will of course replace or refund the item(s).

Our mixes contain a range of materials which vary depending on the individual product. However, ingredients that we may use in our sensory mixes include rice, chickpeas, pasta, lentils, popcorn, beans, vinegar, hand sanitiser, water, resin pieces, small wooden pieces, and we always use non-toxic acrylic paint. Please refer to the individual product description on each product page for specifics.

Our products are all handmade. Whilst we aim to work in a nut-free environment, there is the possibility of traces of nut products being present. Should you or your family have a severe allergy, please check in with us before purchasing a particular product at [email protected] for further guidance.

No, absolutely not.

Our wooden products are painted with non-toxic acrylic paint and sealed with a water-based, non-toxic sealant. The acrylic paint that we use is always non-toxic.

Please note that all our products are educational resources that are not for consumption and should not be consumed or mouthed. Therefore all our products are rated as 3+.

All our products are suitable for ages 3+ and are designed to be used for educational purposes only and with close adult supervision. Time to Play Sensory accepts no liability for any harm caused by products used in ways that contravene this.
